At Especially Yours, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fashion items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
